Our relationship relies on trust. Therefore, anything that you share or otherwise reveal to me in my capacity as your Coach will be kept strictly confidential. Your job as the Client is to show up exactly as you are in the moment. This means it’s okay if you’re feeling like a victim, tired, emotional, or anything else. You can never be “too much.” You agree to show up to conversation with an open & coachable mind. You agree to show up for yourself by completing the tools given & any action steps discussed to the best of your ability. You agree to not let any statements or questions be misconstrued as personal attacks.

Our coaching relationship is a professional partnership, not a hierarchy. It is designed to facilitate the creation & development of your personal or professional goals. As your Coach, my job is to serve you, not to please you. This may mean reflecting things back to you that you don’t want to hear or pointing to something that you are afraid of or unwilling to look at. This may also mean that I do not respond immediately to your requests for support. As the Client, your job is to use me, not please me. It is not your job to be nice to me or to prove anything to me. Use me in service of your breakthroughs.

At times a response will come immediately, at other times there may be a need to prolong the response in order for you to create your own solutions. The response will be at the discernment of needs, situation & responsibility of ownership.

Our coaching relationship is in no way to be construed as Psychological Counseling or any type of Psychotherapy. Coaching services are not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment. Our coaching relationship is also in no way to be construed as an advisory relationship. As your Coach, the most I will ever do is make a suggestion to you or challenge you. Nothing I ever say or do within the bounds of our Coaching relationship is to be misconstrued as advice or telling you what to do. You understand & agree that you have full control of & take full responsibility for the decisions you make, the actions you take, & the outcomes you create as a direct or indirect result of participating & utilizing the services within this program.
